Medical ASMR focused on drawing, explaining and shocasing the function of the back muscles, including the fibres of each muscle, then demonstrating how they move. Throughout the video I will guide you with soft spoken voice through every movement I make. Also it's not just for sleep but also educational so beware - you might learn something you didn't know.
However, I am of course not a certified doctor and only study materials for the videos make for you guys. By no means it is professional. Though, for an amateur I think it might be good ❤️
