ASMR, Reiki and Sound Healing Meditation for the New Year! (Letting go and connecting to the new)

Happy New Year to each and every one of you! I wish you a most incredible 2023 and I hope to continue to connect with you through this medium so we can share our love and blessings!

In this video I will lead you through a ritual to let go of people and situations that are not serving you and that you wish to let go of for the new year. After a deep cleansing, we will connect to those people and situations you wish to deepen more or new ones you wish to create/bring in. I recommend doing this meditation periodically whenever you wish to reconnect with your new year intentions or feel you need to let go further.
