Good evening! In tonight's video you'll have to answer several different yes or no personal questions and you can go to sleep if you answer YES to one of them! The questions are very specific and should keep your mind busy while you gently fall asleep! I first saw this video idea in @PamelaASMR channel, so if you enjoy you can go check her videos!
I recommend you listen to this video with your eyes closed in bed so you more easily fall asleep! ( Eyes Closed ASMR / ASMR but you can close your eyes! )
This video is in soft spoken speech with very close up ear to ear whispering, and also includes some soothing writing sounds with pencil for relaxation and tingles!
I've also made it in a sleep inducing way, so you still get to go to sleep in the end 💤
