You have been referred to a cardiologist (heart doctor) for an exam... and you're a little nervous about it.

Our nurse will check you in (keyboard sounds, mouse clicks, etc.) and will also try to help calm you with some slow breaths and pressure points (personal attention) before continuing her check up.

Then you will be ready to see the doctor who will examine you (some inaudible counting, breathing sounds, etc.) and also help calm you (follow the pen, imagery techniques). Check out the treatment plan at the end. ;)
