Thanks for watching this video! This is a Japanese lesson explaining "Japanese Government Policy". We are just going through a Japanese guide that tells Japanese women how they can avoid getting groped. I, of course, do not think women are ever ever ever at fault if they get groped. For those of you who do not speak Japanese, the exchange between Tomoko and myself is quite clearly making that clear. If you don't understand her Japanese or you do not know me, you may misunderstand my sarcastic comments as sincere and thus, of course, inappropriate.
