In this video, I'm going to be giving you a spooky spa treatment with the ghosts lurking around. In honor of October and spooky season, I must warn you before watching, that this will potentially be relaxing but if you're listening with headphones, beware of the ghosts........

This video is intended to help with relaxation, sleep, anxiety, stress, entertainment, overthinking, spooky season and fall vibes. Triggers include pampering, assorting triggers, role-play, writing, whispering, personal attention, water sounds, tapping and scratching.
WARNING; although this isn't that scary and I'm overestimating my editing and acting skills by saying this: if you are sensitive to horror sounds and get scared easily and you come to ASMR to simply just relax, I threw in some ghost sound effects that could potentially be frightening if you listen to this at night time. If you are sensitive to this content and afraid of bad dreams, I wouldn't watch (although it's not that spooky chill haley😭😭)
