hey hey,
this was a request!! I actually LOVED these sounds when I started editing, as much as the SR3D ear massage haha.
hope you guys are well!! figure skating lots, this double axel is really making me work, all my muscles are sore, my back is killing me from layback spins, I've been trying to stretch it a lot as well but what ever I'm doing it clearly isn't enough. I can really push myself, but last time I did when I stretched too much, I could honestly barely even move on the ice. For some reason I had convinced myself that 1 week of stretching again would get me a bielman/needle stretch. I was so incredibly sore and achy everywhere, so I learned my lesson from that. Will probably make it my mission to stretch for 2 hours tomorrow, I was meant to skate but can't, so will stretch and workout instead. Arms, thighs and core, I'm really not used to working out lately. I'm literally hungry all the time ;') and usually I don't have much of an appetite. Seeing my body get more toned makes me so happy, I wasn't expecting it to happen so fast.
I don't really have many plans this week, I may see a friend who I miss a lot, but she seems to be sick at the moment so we'll probably postpone it. I would honestly go out more in England if things didn't cost a kidney, had to wait in a coffee shop today whilst my little sister was at a birthday party in the same area, they tried to charge me £6.15 for a MEDIUM COFFEE!? I literally asked the guy if there was mistake and perhaps I was charged for two and he said no, they had to raise the prices and he's aware it's pretty crazy. There's inflation and then there's things just being a plain scam, that is a SCAM!!! I could not believe it haha. However, on the note of coffee, I'm addicted to these Delamere iced coffees lately, I think they're German? They're so good and pretty cheap too, I really recommend trying them if you come across them, delicious. ;o
The weather is looking so nice lately, I kinda wanna skateboard, listen to music and hang out, but I have no friends to do it with where I live. I'm saving money to move abroad & study again next year and I am promising myself that I will become a social butterfly, I get kinda jealous when I see big groups of friends. I don't really do myself any favours sometimes though. I did start craving friendships, and last year in London I used to genuinely go up to strangers and start talking to them in hopes of making friends. A dangerous endeavour for sure, but that's how I met this super cool girl in Starbucks who is now one of my closest friends :)
I didn't realise how awkward I am socially until recently, literally everything I do lately makes me cringe, even breathing awkwardly. I couldn't talk properly to the mums of the birthday party my little sister went to. I cannot come up with small talk, and I'm terrible at responding to jokes, I feel like I sound uninterested, but in the moment I'm genuinely wracking my brain for every possible response I can give before saying something cringe and regretting it for the rest of the day. Anyway, I could probably ramble more and more, and about much more uninteresting things. I fancy rewatching 'You' again (besides from that abysmal last season), or even reading some books, I have a few on my list I'm excited to read. Waiting a week for white lotus and severance is longggg.
