Emptiness. ASMR
Are you ready to let go of labels, separation, dualities, beliefs? ... Either way is perfectly ok. After all, what is arising is the source creator of "you". We create all things new, all day everyday. Unconscious ego, delusions, trying to control everything, can make us grasp too tightly to the physical or the spiritual. Surrender, let go, observe, be present, or don't, it's all relative and perfect. There is no wrong or right! All is awareness.
