Recipe!!
[Ingredients: Hot Cheetos, Ottogi mini donut mix, mozzarella cheese, Kielbasa sausage, eggs, and cooking oil]
1. Make Cheetos dust using a food processor. Set it aside.
2. Make the donut dough following the instructions on the packaging. It's 1 egg+74ml water+24ml oil+a whole pack(out of two packs that come with it) of donut mix kneaded together.
*I like using this donut mix because it has rice powder in it thus making the final product chewy. But that's just my preference. You can, of course, make your own dough. Otherwise, you can buy the mix from your local asian/Korean markets or my Amazon link below.

For Corn Dog:
1. Cut mozzarella into 1 rectangular prism. Cut Kielbasa into your desired size. Preferably half the length of the cheese.
2. Skewer them, sausage on the bottom for a hold.
3. Wrap it with the dough, making sure there is no hole so the cheese won't leak.
4. Beat an egg and make an egg wash. Brush it onto the surface of corn dog.
5. Cover it with Cheetos dust using your palms.
6. Fry at 170F, over low heat, until nice and fluffy. Make sure to keep turning so it's cooked even.

For Hot Dog:
1. Cut Kielbasa into your desired size and wrap it with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
2. Cover the side with the donut dough.
3. Brush egg wash and cover with Cheetos dust.
3. Fry at 170F, over low heat, until nice and fluffy.

For Cheese Balls:
1. Cut mozzarella into cubes. (1 cube = 1 cheese ball :D)
2. Make a small ball with the dough and flatten it. Place the cheese cube in the middle and close it using your fingers.
3. Same thing, egg wash and Cheetos dust.
$. Fry at 170F, over low heat, until nice and fluffy.
