Tonight we’re slowing all of that down, one thought at a time.
This session is built around clearing your head, not just relaxing your body. It starts with camera brushing and mic sounds while I brush your thoughts away (literally. Into the air, gone, puff), then moves into slow hand movements and a gentle face scan that’ll make your eyes feel heavier and heavier. After that, soft tapping begins with two small wooden balls, moving gently from ear to ear. Then come the feather sticks, brushing your face so softly, and at the end, there’s a whole chapter that’s just… gentle. Slow hand movements with carinho hand movements, slow plucking, and blowing the thoughts away. No agenda, no rush. Just me taking care of you for a little while.
