Using neurological tests like "slide, tap, or press?"; color testing; "left or right?"; and "what does this sound like?"; we are going to relax your brain by giving it simple tasks that also give it a tiny bit of accomplishment with each test. Most of these are pretty standard neuro tests, so they are designed to be well within the brain's wheelhouse and tailored to different parts of the brain, like specific lobes, the cerebellum, and the brainstem.

Near or far—scissors, silica packet, box knife clicking, marker capping & uncapping, paper towel scrunching.
What kind of sound—wooden bristles, wood tapping, metal chain manipulation, metal measuring tape, flat-fingered plastic tapping, water globe bubbling, texture scratching, misting, liquid sloshing.
Left or right—washcloth, paper towel scrunching, scissors, water globe bubbling, silica packet, water sloshing.
