I have excitedly anticipated filming this video for months!! Ever since I pre-ordered Gibi's toaster coaster set! And here it is! 🤩😍 The set is beautiful! The box is so pretty and cute, and the coasters are sturdy and made of textured cork. I had such a good time exploring the visuals, sounds, and textures on my own the past several days and then turning it into a video today! I hope you enjoy it!
My first introduction to ASMR was when Gibi (one of the first YouTube ASMRtists) was featured on a Safiya Nygaard video! Some time after that, I began watching ASMR to help me with anxiety and stress. 8 months ago, I started ASMRLikeASandbox. So feels like a full circle!!---doing an ASMR video on my own channel with one of the most famous ASMR props (Gibi's toaster coaster) made by the first ASMRtist I ever "met"!! Big thank you to Gibi for her beautiful and creative content, for the relaxation her videos bring to my life, and for creating toaster coasters for fans/ASMRtists to own themselves!!
Anyway, I was scrolling through YouTube to see if/how other ASMRtists had made unboxing videos of Gibi's coasters, and I found only one that was No Talking. (I really enjoyed it; it's by SoundBox ASMR; here it is: https://youtu.be/XK7laGjX3X8) Anyway, I decided to make this video No Talking for those who prefer that, since there aren't very many of those available yet! I may do a soft speaking one sometime in the future.
This video contains a lot of different sounds including rubbing, shuffling, tapping, scratching, tracing, and brushing. (Even the box sounds amazing!) I very much enjoyed filming this, and I hope you enjoy watching it! ☺️
