Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) refers to an intense feeling of relaxation, sleepiness or scalp tingling as a result of audio or visual stimuli. Whilst ASMR can be a helpful tool to relax, it is not a replacement for therapy. Please talk to a professional if you're struggling.
