The holiday is literally around the corner and I cannot end the year without giving you some more tingly triggers to help you sleep this holiday season. For this Christmas triggers part 2 you'll see and here some fast tapping, candle lighting while whispering holiday songs, fabric sounds with my Santa hat, and some fun page turning from a Christmas themed paper pad filled with pages of holiday trigger words.
