In this video, I'm going to be studying for my psychology essay while you sit beside me and do your work! This is a study with me, including typing, tapping, inaudible reading, and writing.
This video is intended to help with relaxation, focus, anxiety, stress, calmness, sleep, insomnia and tingles. Triggers include typing, tapping, whispering, inaudible reading, and writing.
Welcome to spiritual ASMR!!! Where I tie the healing benefits of spirituality to the healing benefits of ASMR. Multiple reasons why I'm here: I love asmr, I have a lot of triggers to work with because I have so many decorations around my room, I believe (and theres proven research) that asmr helps with depression, reduces anxiety and stress, as well as helps insomnia. I want to help others become more present and grounded with the sound healing of asmr as well as tie a lot of personal attention videos with coaching sessions, spiritual energy cleansings, and hopefully teach and inspire along the way. I am grateful you are here on this journey with me!
