Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You've come onto our sports medicine floor today to see one of our chiropractors after an injury. She will do an assessment to test your strength and flexibility and to scan for additional injuries. Afterward, she will do some adjustments and massage.
Not going to do a bunch of lofi videos, but lofi are my go-to in terms of fixing tingle immunity for myself and I wanted to try to make one in my style to see if maybe I could help anyone with tingle immunity in my community! Also that rhymed. Weird. Anyway... Don't worry, we'll go back to hifi videos after this one. But if you like the lofi, I'm happy to make more! Also, this is not my normal camera, as you can probably tell. There was too much camera noise in the audio so I tried something different.

Please be aware that this video is a role play intended for entertainment, relaxation, sleep aid and ASMR purposes. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, educate or accurately depict issues or illnesses or procedures. Many of the procedures are altered for ASMR purposes and because I'm not filming in an actual medical facility. (Some of them are completely fictional they just involve neat sounds.) Please consult your doctor or a reputable health care source if you have any health questions or concerns.

What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
