it's been a while!
hope you are doing well, i'm feeling the positive vibes as spring is finally here again. ๐
In this video i am whispering in your ears while instructing you through an exersizce that is called the Jacobson relaxation technique.
It is like a body scan but a little different, i also added some ambient music and some tingly sounds to make it a little special. ๐
let me know how you liked it in the comments, i personally love some ambient music with my asmr but i know it's not everyone's cup of tea.
I filmed this video a couple months ago and finally got around to finish the editing proces.
I'm not "back" yet, i am still taking things slow, but i am excited about trying to film a couple things here and there.
I really appreciate your patience and for sticking around while i've been taking some time off the internet these past months.
I hope to entertain and relax you with a new video every now and then, hopefully this summer i'll have some more time again to be doing a weekly or 2 weekly video again.
