Why am I whispering? What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a relaxing tingling sensation that starts in the head and is caused by speaking soflty, whispering, or many other "triggers" such as tapping on objects or calming visuals! ASMR may be able to help with insomnia, stress, anxiety or just help you find a bit of peace and calm in your day :)
Triggers include: Up close whispering, mouth sounds, tongue clicking
