She flashed a sympathetic smile at the reflection of her friend, who looked like they'd been through a tornado. With a dramatic sigh, she grabbed her trusty pair of scissors, her voice dropping to a whisper.

"Don't worry, darling. We'll fix this. It's not like some people know the first thing about beauty... Elphaba, I'm looking at you."

As she positioned herself to begin snipping, she added with a wink, "Let’s just hope we don't end up with a green tinge!"
