There are 26 species native to North America with the genus Vaccinium, including huckleberries, blueberries and cranberries; there seems to be 9 or more huckleberry/bilberry species in the Northwest. Each species has many common names which could include: “blueberry,” “huckleberry,” “whortleberry,” and “bilberry” within their names. I do think that the pale blue berries I saw in this video are the species Vaccinium ovalifolium, or oval leaf blueberries/huckleberries. There are a few other species with a similar color that could grow in this environment, but those grow on much shorter plants than Vaccinium Ovalifolium. There are also more blueberry species in the Northwest, but those are distinctly different.
