[ASMR] Restorative Sound Session | Shamanic Drum & Singing Bowl (Sound Healing)
In this week's video I focus on deeply restorative sound, and keeping it simple, with my shamanic reindeer drum & my andara alchemy singing bowl, and my voice at the end:) This is a 48h early access, so you can enjoy this video before it goes public on youtube, without ads. I hope this video soothes your nervous system in some way and that it gives you a sense of peace and ease in your body. This reindeer drum is ethically made, by an artist who only makes items from skin and bones of animals that die of natural causes. She has a workshop in Hjalteyri, the North of Iceland. Her name is Lene Zachariassen. My singing bowl you know if you know me and my channel, it is infused with the gel-like gemstone andara, which makes the sound extra silky smooth. It is the note E which resonates with the solar plexus chakra. But I've found this bowl to work really well with the throat chakra as well, and overall with the nervous system.
