My First Workout in ~30 Years - Dumbbells / Resistance Training & Maintenance / Low-carb Diet

At 54 (soon to be 55), I decided to give into the lingering thoughts I've had since my 30s in the early 2000s, and get back into a good regimen of working out weekly like I once did in my youth. But now for the remainder of my life. I also am going on a low-carb diet for a few months just to burn off some unwanted fat.
