I've been talking to a few people about your questions and have decided to advise you this way.
Speaking too much Japanese will backfire and take away from your energy in the show. If there is ANY doubt at all as to what you are trying to say, people will smile politely and scream half-heartedly -- because they'll be partyly confused. And according to some very knowledgeable sources asking for people to scream and thrash is just not done here.
Best to keep your crowd interaction to thngs like this:

Telling people the name of the songs is also apparently appreciated. If you like check out the Japanese rock band ANTHEM. They do that a lot.
