Join Kate and I in the Bothy Therapy Room to watch the second part of Kate's deeply relaxing and ASMR Indian Head Massage.
In the first part you will of seen the introduction of hands and tuning into the energies, the back and shoulder techniques step by step followed by the arm massage and mobilisation.
Today you get to see Kate's shoulders and neck massage, followed by a sensational scalp effects before face and acupressure techniques, then beautiful chakra balancing finishing with grounding and awakening.
I have decided simply to introduce each of these two videos then add captions to explain each new technique rather than provide an audio. I hope this gives viewers a different experience in watching and relaxing.
