It includes stress removal (energy pulling trigger) and reassuring and positive affirmations for anxiety relief. Lots of ear to ear whispered personal attention, close up to the microphone.
I've also included some light scanning of your face, wiping any stress and worries away from you.

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
