[ASMR] Nervous System Regulation (Reiki & EFT Tapping)
Welcome to another ASMR energy healing video. I got a request to make a video dedicated to nervous system regulation, so in this video, we are focusing on that with gentle but powerful Reiki healing energy as well EFT tapping (emotional freedom technique). I didn’t really have much faith in EFT tapping until I started using it and incorporating it myself last year. I’ve been forgetting it a bit lately, so I am excited to start incorporating it again to help with anxiety and trauma triggers. There are of course many other things and tools to use to help with nervous system regulation, but this is what came first to mind. I will probably do another one with more techniques and different things related to nervous system regulation if you’re interested.
