그래도 등전점을 높일려면 7~10일정도 전에 집에서 홈케어로 영양을 실내에서 비닐캡 쓰시고 30분정도 방치 한다음에 미온수로 세척해 주시면 훠씬 더 결과물이 좋을 것이다.
