Tonight we step into the quiet zone 🤫
No talking. No music. Just me, you and the energy.
The world feels pretty busy and loud at this time of year and for me, it can be a bit much on the senses so this is in honour of all those who are overstimulated and in need of a little peace and quiet.
We’ve got some lovely tingly hand movements and ASMR sounds, but other than that… we’re just flowing with the energy.
