Relax with this guided meditation. We will start by grounding ourselves, then doing a brief body scan, and then finishing with an imagination exercise. At 13:15 during the video, you will hear an overlay of my voice and sounds playing over each other. It may feel a bit intense, but I am hoping it will pay off with a great feeling of relief when it ends. This section is meant to mirror the feeling of not being able to quiet our own thoughts.
