I use my long gold nails to scratch and tap on different objects...mostly nail tools! Um, I didn't really plan that, lol. Gritty, scratchy sounds on the file and the buffer. I also scratch a stiff bristle nail brush and scratch my long nails on a textured surface notebook. I'm telling you...instant, gratifying tingles!
