I hope you guys are well, sorry if this role-play is kinda awkward? It was less awkward when I was recording it but watching it back I was like, dang idk some of my speech sounds unnatural lol. This took FOREVER to edit oh my goodness, the original video I recorded was 1 hour long, I cut out sounds I didn't like as much in the editor. I've developed a bad habit of recording really long videos, I need to record less footage, cut out less, and upload more lol! I get really carried away when recording. I loveeee the cotton swab sounds on this mic/the more inner ear cleaning stuff. I kinda wanna do a quick cuts with this mic in a few videos time. This is one of the newer SR3D's and weirdly I really didn't like it at first, but now I love that it sounds a bit different to my old ones. My older one definitely sounds better for ear massages, but I'm really loving the deep ear sounds this one makes. They feel like different microphones.
Finally finished a book I was reading, called two-step devil, 220 pages and it took me a month ;/ I've been forcing myself to finish books even if I want to drop them. The book was very odd but good at the same time. Just started 'Neverwhere' by Neil Gaiman, he wrote Coraline! so I'm looking forward to it. Best book I read last year was 'Fingersmith' by Sarah Waters. It was 600 pages and it felt like 100 to me, I loved the twists and turns and Victorian England.
I platinumed bloodborne last week! I'm SO overjoyed about it. It took me a while, it was my first play through and then I went online and saw how fast others completed it, LOL can't relate. It was my first souls game and it was really difficult. I had great fun and feel like I've completely fallen in love with the game (not the chalice dungeons tho...). The worst boss for me was Vicar Laurence by far, I found him harder than Orphan of Kos, like I must've fought Laurence 60+ tries, maybe even more. Took me days and there were points I was getting so frustrated I thought that would be it for me, I wouldn't finish it. Eventually I got him, horrendous fight. The second hardest for me was Ptumerian Descendant in the ihyll chalice, something about that small arena, the fact that his boomerang knife things GO THROUGH WALLS like WHAT. ;_; Third hardest for me was tied between Ludwig and Orhpan of Kos. I actually loved the fight with the orphan of Kos, dodging the attacks became very satisfying after I memorised the move patterns. Anyway, it was SO hard and getting platinum was just a great feeling.
I've been playing a lot of elden ring lately! just cleared caelid, beat radahn which was a SUPER cool fight, really enjoyed it. Idk why it reminded me a bit of bloodborne boss fights, I had fun. The next boss I'm going to fight is two gargoyles, I can't remember the area I'm in honestly lol, it's one of the underground areas, I passed the Ancestral Woods and it's somewhere around there. I fought a Godskin creature and absolutely hated that fight. Also I fought a deer and it kept healing itself, HATED it. Awful.
