Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having this crazy TikTok coffee again! :D It's pretty straightforward to make. This coffee, which is called Dalgona, basically consists of 80 per cent milk LOL. The best thing about this coffee is the whipped topping! Here is where the instant coffee powder is hidden. When whipping it with sugar and hot water you will get this thick creamy topping. It's very firm and won't blend with the milk so this coffee looks beautiful at all times. :) Of course, it tastes more like milk than coffee. I was using oat milk btw. In today's version I was using a pink strawberry milk. :D Have you tried Dalgona coffee before? ♥
