what the heck is asmr? ㄟ( ▔, ▔ )ㄏ
long story short, you get this tingly feeling in your head/brain from a sound. the sound that created this pleasant feeling is called a trigger. asmr triggers can help with sleep, relaxation, and can ultimately lower stress.
