Hi I suffer from Sinus pains .. its horrible! i saw a video ages on you tube giving advice on facial massage to help with the symptoms of sinus pains.. and I do these massages when my sinus pains flare up.. in this vid i show you those massage and give tips n advice.
My lovely boyfriend Nathan123 doesnt get sinus pain.. but he was up for a massage!! ;) I filmed this with my go pro on a chest harness for a really good point of view . Enjoy n hope it helps! Minxy x
