At this time of the year, when it may be cold or stressful, a good bath can help you out!
This video has no talking and only the white noise of the bath, to encourage a peaceful sleep or mind.
Since many different white noise sounds can also induce ASMR, sleep, and relaxation, don't hesitate to ask!
