Grounding Energy Clearing | ASMR Reiki & Sounds (soft spoken, whisper)

This is a slow paced asmr distance Reiki healing session focused on grounding. I am trying out a new lens and a different set up, haven't figured it out yet but tell me in the comments what you think about it x
The topic today is grounding. The focus is to give you an energy clearing and let reiki resolve the root of what is keeping you in the ethers, what is keeping you from fully sinking into your body, to be able to breathe fully through a clear body. What is it that needs to be addressed on an energetic level. I use sounds like usually and I have added two new ones.
