Hi friends! I have created this full body ASMR Reiki session to help you open and balance your chakra's so that you may achieve energetic liberation. In today's session we will work with each chakra climbing from root to crown. As we open, balance and align each chakra, our energy is allowed to climb up the spine. When that energy reaches the crown, we are in optimal conditions to liberate our energy and connect to Spirit. Today I will be using a combination of Reiki, crystals, visualization as well as color and elemental therapy. There will also be plenty of yummy ASMR triggers to help you relax and fall asleep. ๐ด So grab yourself a warm cup of tea, get EXTRA comfy in your favorite chair or on your bed, and let us liberate our energy, together!
