Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You are here today to participate in a study, examining different devices that fit over the ears to help with overstimulation caused by noise. The doctor working with you will examine your ears inside and out and then try 3 different devices on you.

Sorry if you hear my dogs pitter-pattering in the background; I tried to cut out those parts (particularly in the beginning). I'm not sure what Yodie was doing, but he kept pacing the hall and then scratching himself outside my door. Sigh... dogs.

What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
