So this ASMR roleplay gets dark a little quickly but the premise is a fun one and if you are looking to forget the world for a bit then this is perfect as it demands all of your focus. The premise is simple. You start by taking your heart rate. And then you have to keep it within 10 beats per minute. Will I be trying to relax / stress you out at the same time? Oh absolutely.
