Hey everyone, apologies for the slow uploads! Sorry for the long talking segments too, I have lots to talk about so I'll try to write it all down and put it into a whispering video. I have had two tests this week and have been studying a lot (I got good results so I'm really happy). I'm getting back into a routine of planning my videos, I just need to go out and buy some more stuff for my new ASMR item collection LOL! It's growing, I bought some gloves, fluffy things. I'm wanting to do another haircut video shortly, I also have a cranial nerve exam role-play that I recorded, just needs editing, but there's a lot of talking so I wanted to make a video with less talking before uploading that one. Someone requested a hand sounds video but what microphone should I use? I still think the tascam (my other one) sounds the best for hand sounds.

I haven't really gone out at all this week, like at all. I've just been coming straight home to try and get work done, I managed to get this filmed and edited as well. The weekends are so precious, I'm hoping to go somewhere nice tomorrow. I've been quite giddy all day because I did something out of my comfort zone. The craziest thing happened to me today.

A few days ago I saw this girl at the station where I go to language school. She sort of stood in front of me for a second then dashed off, super beautiful, cute outfit. I admired her style but didn't think I'd see her again, I then went to class. Yesterday, I saw the same girl at my station in the middle of no where!! I literally live so far out I didn't think it was her at first! I noticed her looking at me from across the platform. I didn’t see her after we got on the train though. However I caught the train at the same time the next day (today), and this time she got on the same carriage as me and sat directly next to me on what was an empty train. I thought it was fate that we were meant to cross paths so I was hyping myself up to speak to her. At the end of the ride she got up early, getting ready to get off the train, I wrote in my phone notes “I really love your style” and tapped her arm and showed her, and then she smiled and sat back down told me she saw me a few times around the same central Tokyo station and thought I was cute but was too shy to approach me!! We exchanged contacts and I was so happy, I love meeting people in these sorts of ways, it feels so special. Three separate occasions of running into her! Funny thing was I actually planned to get an earlier train today, but my laptop was low on charge so I decided to get on the next train and left a little later, and it was due to that decision that I ran into her today. I really hope we become good friends, her style is GORGEOUS I wish I could raid her wardrobe (I wouldn't though I have restraint!)

I'm really liking it here, I am actually missing England a little bit too though :) I miss the old buildings, the people, English summer feels incomparable to anything else to me, the greenery and the pubs and just the energy in the air on a sunny day is incredible. I love drives through the countryside too. I think I just need to settle in a bit more, things feel like they're finally falling into place. It's still only been my 3rd week of school that's just finished. Feels surreal. I'm really enjoying learning Japanese, I feel so happy that I get the chance to do this. We did a test today that I didn't realise was the same test we had on the first day of school, but with different questions. Today I got 49/50 on that test, on the first day I got around 25/50, we've made so much progress in a short time. It feels great.
