Recipe:
strawberries (medium) 24pc
sugar 1 cup
corn syrup 1/4 cup
water 1/4 cup
also need,
wooden skewers
oiled pan or parchment paper
*make sure there's no moist on the surface of strawberries*
*mix the syrup first before boiling*
*never stir while boiling*
*using candy thermometer is highly recommended*
*keep in mind it's 300°F or 150°C*
*cool down in a room temperature*
*make sure to brush your teeth afterwards:)*
*eating large amount of sugary food can be detrimental to your health*
