Hi Friends! Today you are getting a POV full body Reiki session from my new space! In today's session we will be focusing on the throat chakra to help us use discernment in speaking our truth. It can be difficult to speak up for ourselves when we go against the grain. It can be even more difficult to know when to speak and when to be quiet and listen. So today we will bring truth, freedom and discernment to our throat chakra and all of the chakras located below it, to help give us the strong foundational base we need to share our truth with courage and compassion.
