I'm finally getting back into ASMR. The first few videos will be relatively simple as I get back into the swing of things.
This is a little soft spoken sleep story (written by me in about 10 mins, so forgive how rusty it is) that is an analogy to dealing with the intrusive thoughts that can manifest when you suffer from anxiety/depression. I hope you take something positive from it.
The story only lasts the first half of the video, then its crackling sounds from a woodwick candle and a distant thunderstorm in the remainder. Like I said, the first few videos will be very simple.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, a term coined for the fuzzy or tingly sensation felt in response to certain audio, visual or other sensory stimuli. This sensation tends to start in the scalp but can work it's way down the body, and is associated with a strong feeling of relaxation. These videos are created to try and elicit this response, and also to be relaxing in general.
