In this ASMR kind words to help you sleep video, (binaural + ear to ear) I am going to tell you kind things, use some soft, slow hand movements and move from ear to ear to help you fall asleep. I am going to use a softspoken voice and record with the 3Dio for a binaural effect, so you can find some time for yourself to calm down and relax.
