This is literally as sensitive as I can get it - to achieve this, I had to make sure my PC was off or else the fan noise would sound like a jet engine! This way you can hear EVERYTHING, every single breath, every single pop and gulp. If you'd like, you can follow along and breathe with me~ I hope it can help you sleep.
