特に胸鎖乳突筋という頭蓋骨と鎖骨・胸骨につく筋肉は、
殆どの作業で酷使される筋肉です。
言わずもがな、スマホやパソコンでですね汗
気が付くと猫背になって、
顔が前に突き出た姿勢になっていることってありますよね～。
そんなときこの筋肉はかたーく緊張しているんです。
この動画では胸鎖乳突筋だけでなく、首コリに関係深い筋肉もマッサージしてリラックスさせました。
ちょっとマニアックすぎるかな？と不安になっておりますｗ
