Hello my ornate orchids, today's guided meditation is full of a lot of effective centering and grounding techniques, so if you're experiencing stress or anxiety, this can help you reset your mind and feel like yourself again.

This is perfect for grounding yourself in the middle of the day, and also to quiet your mind if you want some restful sleep.

We'll be starting with some EFT tapping to calm the nervous system and bring you out of your mind and into your body. Then we'll be doing some breath work and sensory exercises to slow down your thoughts. Then we'll be finishing with a Yoga Nidra style body scan to really quiet down your mind.
