Headache Relief ASMR | Face Massage, Acupressure, Personal Attention💕
Hello my serendipitous serengetis, in today's ASMR video, we'll be doing a headache relief session. It's fairly regular triggers, so anyone can watch it, but I tried to pick specific triggers that I thought would help me if I had a headache.
We'll be starting with a face massage, as well as some acupressure, a bit of a head /scalp massage, and I'll be finishing with some very slow follow my finger and gentle hand movements, to take your mind off of your headache. I'll be softly speaking throughout as I give you lots of personal attention.
