There’s a good chance you didn’t know your face needed adjusting tonight. That’s okay, I noticed it for you. So get comfortable and let me take care of a few tiny details. Nothing serious, of course. Just a completely face adjustment session with whispers in Portuguese, including a mix of personal attention, gentle touches, visual triggers, ear-to-ear sounds, and some oddly satisfying tools that somehow make everything feel calmer. And if you don’t speak Portuguese, don't worry, there are subtitles available, but many people tell me that not understanding the language helps them focus on the sounds and drift off even faster.
Tonight’s adjustment protocol starts with a little facial steaming to help you relax before moving into cotton swabs, cotton pads, face checks, a tingly face roller, sensitivity testing, and a collection of unusual tools that definitely should not be able to adjust a face, but here we are hahah, and yet somehow they seem to work. Along the way, there are latex gloves, tweezers, a paper hole punch plier, a tiny silicone spoon, a Pez dispenser clicks, vision and hearing recalibration, tiny pillows, and even a session of cutting away invisible cords.
As the session continues, the goal becomes very simple: less thinking, less tension, and less awareness of everything except the sounds in front of you. By the time the face adjustments are complete, your shoulders should feel lighter, your thoughts quieter, and your eyes considerably heavier. And when the video loops back into the beginning, hopefully you won’t even notice, cause you’ll already be asleep zZz
