I have been wanting to make more guided meditations for what feels like forever and I am so happy to finally be creating them.
These offering won't replace ASMR or other content, but I want to add more ways for people to have a chance to carve out some time for themselves.
This guided meditation is focused on releasing stress and anxiety. We do breath work, body scan, and a visualization of a serene forest and stream where we let go of our stress, and has gentle layered sounds.
